The one who brightens my day,
with just a simple smile.
My inspiration, a friend like no other.
Giving hope when in doubt,
giving peace when in pain,
giving joy when in sadness,
giving light when in darkness.

Catching my concentration;
stealing words of the tip of my tongue;
I sit here, speechless.
