Killing Me Inside

Even after so many years, I'm lost & struggling without my grandmother.

You grew cold;

I could see in your eyes that you were already gone.

& to whom was your soul sold?

Still, I cry for you until dawn.

Where are you now?

Why did you leave so soon?

Questions left unanswered, forever or for now?

Sometimes I still believe, I can see your reflection in the moon.

Please don't call me crazy,

'Cause I miss you more & more;

I act like none of this phases me,

But inside it's eating at my core.

I'll always love you,

Without doubt.

I just wish I knew,

'Cause this pain is killing me, without doubt.
