Cold scared and left to drown

Waking in my sorrow

To all who see I wear a smile

But inside pain wears crown

Oh why did this have to strike at me?

Why is the world so cruel?

Fuck you wife and fuck your joke

This has cause so much pain you see

I silently wish to survive

Turn the world around again

Turn it back to beautiful, pleasurable, kind

In which my wounded tree to thrive

The willows branches reach out

But the grass grows away

The willow tries but cannot explain

She has no voice to shout

Winter dawns on the horizon line

The willow shudders at the cold

It already knows that without warmth

It will surely die without refine

Now I know why the Willow Weeps

Now I know why I cry

In a crowd we stand alone

In such a world one waits and sleeps

Holding back my bitter tears

Watching the world fly by

Smiling, dancing, the happy lie

Secretly in love with darkening fears

Truly the willow is my tree

Proud strong standing alone

I silently bare a wish to forever sleep

The willow understands my misery
