There once was a boy

Who on everyday

Would go to his yard

To sit and play

On the swing

He would push himself

Alone in this world

With the feelings he felt

This boy had a dream

To one day grow

In to a man

Who all would know

He'd take his light

At center stage

Attract the attention

He'd always craved

Maybe some day

His dream will come true

But as for right now

He's still feeling blue

Hopefully too

All this will be

But nothing has changed

Particularly me
