Speakers / Talere

Poetry By: frednor

A poem I wrote very quickly one evening. My head was full of voices from the day and I needed to scribble down some words to kind of put words on my frustration. It often helps me, and it did that night.
It is officially written in Danish, so the Danish version will also be here, for those who understands.

An intangible silence

Has spread in an assembly

Of loud speakers

A slience that pains your ears

And drown the actual yelling

En uhångribelig stilhed

Har spredt sig i en forsamling

Af højtråbende talere

En stilhed, der gør ondt i ørene

Og som overdøver den egentige råben
