There's only a little time left...

Time becomes shorter when there's something that's eating away your life.

There's only a little time left…

To wake up early in the morning, turning the spigot as a powerful stream makes it way through and out of a water hose, gushing out cool sprinkles of water that washes over the garden…

To begin household shores and clean unpolished surfaces and stained mirrors until a gleam is notable…

To fix breakfast for the husband and children-a boy and two girls-before they wake up from their fantasy-like dream and prepare for school…

To readjust the husband's necktie before heading for work, complementing his good looks as a good wife would normally do…

To watch while standing in the doorway as the children and husband go about their daily tasks…

To lie on a chair and think about how rapidly the tumor is progressing before it's too late…

To fulfill what a housewife should fulfill…

To smile before hope submerges in a pool of dark, blank space…

To say goodbye before leaving forever, and surrender an unarmed soul to its lord who knew already of such coming…

To watch the stars and rest in peace.
