Over and over she falls in dismay
The smell of failure, sweet like an ash tray
There's always the ones willing to help her
Her twisting words act well to deter
Foolish she is for being ignorant to them
And yet they believe she will grow like a roses stem
But like the stem she has a barrier of thorn
Stubborn she reject them, bitterly torn
At the end of the day,
she likes to have it her own way
Making it harder and harder for herself
she locks herself away in a tight box on a shelf
Scared of being hurt she refuse to trust
Eroding me away like sea water rust
