Seeing the World through a pane of glass,
As it all comes shattering down,
Too often we look at life,
Upon our face a frown.
We see it as Monochrome,
Black and White,
Good and Evil,
Dark and Light.
It's true what they say,
Every cloud a silver lining,
As you go through your troubles,
No use pining
For better times,
For we live in the Present,
Don't worry about the future,
Mistakes do not resent.
What will be, will be,
Our path is laid at our feet,
No choice but to follow,
Our fate we must meet.
We see the world through a pane of glass.
But this is wrong.
The world.
Is not Monochrome.
