To All Single Crushing Myspace Lovers; This is For You and I.

Poetry By: In The Hands Of
Other

I wrote this when a guy started liking me in school, and he sorta blew me off. It questions if he wants me or the other girl.

To All Single Crushing

MySpace Lovers; This Is For

You And I.

Why, oh why would I be smiling?

Maybe tomorrow I'll stay the same

Maybe tomorrow you'll be different.

Who'll be to blame?

The reason why I love

To stare at your myspace page

what's the reason why

You rushed to put me at your top eight?

Are you too blind to see the way I

really am?

So if this is a game you're playing

Stand me in front of a target and fire

your gun

IF it's not, please tell me

So we can be together,

or done...

Why should I be smiling?

Tell me if this is a game

Tell me if your gonna use me like the

last...

Will things stay the same?

Don't make it

The reason why it'd hurt to look at your

myspace page

Because of the reason why

She's right next to me on your top

eight.

Are you too blind to see the way I

really am?

So if this is a game you're playing

Stand me in front of a target and fire

the gun

If it's not, please tell me

So we can be together..

or done...

Why wouldn't I be smiling

What thoughts could be in that mind

Behind that face?

Would they be too secretive?

The second I knew, would they vanish

Without a trace?

Hateful? Hurtful? Loving? Wanting?

Wishing?

What?

ONly a few of those would make me

smile

A few would make me cry-

Why was I smiling in the first place?

Is it because of the way you can catch

my eye?

Is it because you get me everyday with

everything you say?

IF I knew your thoughts, why couldn't

I smile?

Well,

Why would I smile?

Don't let this be a game you're playing

Don't stand me in front of a target and

shoot the gun

Just don't tell me, don't tell me

Let us be together and never done

And then I'd keep smiling...
