Sometimes everything you say seems cold,
Even though deep down your right,
I don’t understand these feelings that I hold,
But you don’t understand yourself at times,
Everything has fallen apart,
And we are left alone,
Nothing can explain how I feel,
Except words that have no meaning to you,
All is lost,
And the world will drown,
Fear is gone,
As the hurt consumes us,
We can watch them burn,
And know we’re the only ones not in the wrong,
But that doesn’t mean these feelings leave me,
And I am alone,
And I am empty,
And I am flawed,
Without you I am nothing,
Please just stay,
And tell me that you’ll be okay,
They may be worthless,
But you’re not.
