Ode to the Demon Lover

Triumphant over Despair

Another night of disappointment.
And do you miss me as much as I miss you?
I do not whisper your name, as you do not think of mine.

Another night of terror
A silent death, just a macabre of life.
Another wound that I chose to tear open quite frequently…

A clear disappointment.
Dead inside
Another nightmare to call my own.

Did you ever?
No never!

A love as dead as this,
Is fit for the cemetery
And the rotting corpses that surround my heart still.

If you died…
Who would care, but me?
You lost everything…
Left with nothing and noone…
And yet I still desire your heart.
Pathetic little girl with a crush on an arch nemesis.
