One Grain


Life can challenge
as all of us know,
but take a moment and think
If all the People on the Planet were a beach
you would only be one grain
Feel Small?

And if the universe were an ocean
our planet wouldn’t even be a molecule
Feel Smaller?

But One thing you must remember
On this Huge planet
and in this vast universe
there is something unique about you

Whatever you want to call that piece
perhaps your soul, your spirit, your heart?
that is one of a kind
Don’t ask me why... But that must mean something

It May not be ours to know the answer,
Only to know that there is one,

One grain in Vast space?
