Usually, I only write depressing poems, so I thought for a change, I would try to write something that is A. True, and B. would help others no the aren't alone. Sorry, I know it's not the best.

It creeps around the edges of your mind

You never know it's there until it is.

It patiently waits until you're not suspecting,

and ruins your life and everyone in it.

It runs your life until everyone leaves,

and you're left by yourself, all alone.

And then it eats away at you slowly,

like a poison that kills you gradually.

I know what it's like, you're not alone.

I've felt the world collapse in on itself.

I know what it's like when the tears never stop,

and the blood on your arm has stained your skin.

It hurts you if you let it.

It knows no bounds.

It loves no one, not you, not me, no one.

It only lives to move onto the next person.

Depression loves to make us hate.
