A poem I wrote when I was really emotional and wanted to let everything out. I really want people to notice it, so I read it in front of my school and it is being published in Teen Ink! I am very excited!

Flowers blooming
as the birds continue to sing
the weathers getting warmer
and soon it will be spring

The moon comes out
as the sun goes down
and the sky becomes dark
with stars all around

The air we breath in
the things we smell
the glory of life
and the 12 O, Clock church bell

The people we miss
the tears we cry
the aches in our body
the people who soon to die

So, continue to smile
try to see
that this is life
we must let it be
