Her tears were the rain

That drowned the land

Her cries the thunder

That shook the earth

 

But her love was the sky

That enfolded the world

Her laughter was the wind

That caressed the fields

 

Her children were the men

That abounded in the land

Their toils were the things

That brought her pain
