I wish I could leave,
I wish I could run,
But I'm rooted to the spot.
Can't scream.
Can't breathe.
Can't live anymore.
I'm useless.
Eyes have seen things, no child should ever see,
A dark mind that no other ten year old
Should have possessed.
I've seen sadness, and felt the tears.
I wish I could scream.
I wish I could breathe.
I wish to love living.
Stop being useless.
Ears that have heard, things I shouldn't have heard.
Sensations that no other child should have felt.
Molested of innocence.
I've seen sadness, and felt the tears.
I have no will to leave,
I have no gut to run,
So I'm rooted to the spot.
Can't live,
Can't laugh,
Can't smile anymore.
