Tick-Tock shouts the clock,

Did it ever knock,

The endless tock and tick,

Just trying to take the mick.

Give us more precious time,

For you take what is mine.

Did it grow into our lives,

The blade as sharp as a knife,

Give us more precious time,

Cutting into our lifeline,

So un-negation able: fine!

Decade to decade,

Slowly eating away our time,

To live our life, to enjoy the ride!Tick-Tock shouts the clock,

Did it ever knock,

The endless tock and tick,

Just trying to take the mick.

Give us more precious time,

For you take what is mine.

Did it grow into our lives,

The blade as sharp as a knife,

Give us more precious time,

Cutting into our lifeline,

So un-negation able: fine!

Decade to decade,

Slowly eating away our time,

To live our life, to enjoy the ride.
