Her future was damned.

Her future.

Deep in the night,

Her window blows black.
Nor comfort or bravery;
these she does lack.
Brewing up around her,
Ghostly spirits pull.
Clawing fingers round her heart;
There were horns on the sinister bull.

Wrapping her blanket closer,
Snapping her eyes shut,
The beastly wolf howls again,
As the midnight struck.
The line of fear-
The path to heaven,
Turned white and glowed once more:
And the thunder slammed again,
With their frightening lure.
