It is clear that you loved her
But love is not enough
Rejection is a bitter pill to swallow
The pill can be deceiving
When it is sugarcoated with fake affection
Then the after the taste will hit you
Bitter and vile
It will make you regret all the times you shared
All the money spent, all the poems you wrote,
All the effort you put in to make them happy
To make it last
This pain will be the life and death of you
It will make you feel alive and dead inside
Your pain will be your weakness and your strength
It will bring out the hidden genius of your hands
The philosophical side of you will wriggle its way out
Of your shell
Take over your body
Take over your mind
Your philosophical side, which you named Jupiter
For as the romans believed it is the ruler of the lesser
And it is the planet of philosophy,
Removes the clouds from your mind
Jupiter makes your thoughts visible almost as if
They were right in front of you and tangible
You start to write them down
As Jupiter deals your thoughts out
Like a deck of cards
