A stranger you are. Why?
you demonize my person
With your Chinese whispers
Yet you wish to rest
Your hands in mine
Embed yours, in my gold palms. Fingers
You want to be
My right hand side
To be my safe for secrets
And sorrows
Without locks. With keys
But I see through
Those iris blue
To cogs and coils of heartache
Your ways have scarred
Memories good and bad
And burned away their
Meaning by far
There was a time
When we were friends
Best.
Imprisoned by your
grotesque beauty
your competition was eager
my guilt is much.
Though your cruelty
Was demasked
It escalated evil
You think I do not know
It does not mean my hatred
Does not grow
Your selfishness and greed
Spreads like an infectious
disease
so why must I
become a lodger
in your cell?
