Goldberg Variations, Aria: Johann Sebastian Bach
17 candles burning with wax dripping all over the floor, where they had been laid. Thomas got up from what it was he had been doing---sitting at the processor and making nothing out of the madness that was his mind. Those voices that had been gone had kept creeping in these days and nothing out of the ordinary would stir them, except, exactly when it was that he wanted them to come.
To illustrate them in his head, was easy, but to commit them to paper, that was his ultimate goal. Never was it achieved, and the day went on, as planned.
Thom led a quiet life, and he opened the door to his room, that being the loudest sound of the day. Next he walked round the corner, stopped for a moment trying hard to remember the night before---flashing lights and foreign music (foreign in that he could not understand the words exactly---though he sore in retrospect that he may of heard it before, somewhere) and the hint of Mardi Gras or something to that effect. Then nothing. Again, these images and sounds came and provoked him the minute he was away from a recording device of any kind.
