I watched on in horror as the large beast opened it's dripping mouth, ready to devour Sena. I couldn't help it. I screamed. The noise rent the air as the huge monstrosity turned it's sightless eyes on me. Its large claws clicking on the stone floor in a fast pattern 'click click...click click... click click...' as it moved closer. I couldn't help it... I screamed, again. The beast sped up it's pace 'click click click click click click'.
"No! No!" my breath turned ragged as a screached, "Sena, help!"
But Sena was rooted to the spot, her eyes open in amazment. I turned arond expecting to see a nother hairy thing. But no, it was a person. A knight in shining armor that shone like the noon day sun, glittering like droplets of water splashed in moonlight. Though I could not make out what he was saying, his voice reverberated of the stone walls, echoing around the building.
The beast behind me shrieked. It was high pitched and unearthly, as if someone had peirced it's heart with a silver blade. It's massive body writhed on the floor like an insect in it's death throes.
There was a gust of wind and a flash of light.
I opened my eyes, expecting to see the knight there, but all there was, was a little note, saying "I'll always be there for you"
