Joey was so proud that he knew his colors, he invited all of his friends over so they could hear him name the colors of the things that he got from his mother's garden. Joey invited his friends into the garden and they began to pick carrots, flowers, beans, tomatoes; they also plucked plums from the tree. As they picked and plucked the vegetables and plums each of Joey's friends would name their colors and wouldfollow by eating them. They practiced their colors in Joey's mother's garden every day until there were no more vegetables or fruit left.
One day Joey decided to invite this friends into his house so they could name all the colors of the candy that was in the candy bowl. After they would name the color of the candy, they would eat it; soon there was no candy left in the bowl.
Joey decided that since his mother's garden was bare and there was no more candy in the bowl, it was time to learn his numbers.
