There Is No Guarantee...

Gasping soul...

Buried in the catacombs of misery lies my wisen spirit

Faith vitiated by adulterated media

Vision obscured by immorality

O' my beautiful Creator today my heart is weak

so bedeviled

so disturbed....

I raise my humbled fingers towards your threshold

quench my thirst for your love O' Allah

and confer peace into my disquietened heart...

This month that we will devote to you

abstaining nourishment

lips moist with your rememberance.

I raise my hands

not only for myself

but for my brothers and sisters across this scope of Universe

Accept from us this month of Ramadan

There is no guarantee we will live to see another

Yes. This month, fragrant with the perfumes of mercy and blessing, has dawned upon us...[finally!]

How beautiful and memorable are these days? Awakening at early parts of the morning, watching the breathtaking sunrise for Fajr, rejuvinating and rekindling that spiritual fire that burns in our blood.

It always bring an enormous grin to my face, watching the masses of men walk for Salaah, brothers, arm-in-arm. And the little kids so determined to keep along the same wavelength as the 'big people'.

Standing in the midst of millions of others, overwhelmed by the words of the Quran...what a breathtaking experience.

It's our one-way ticket to Jannah [lol].

Ah. Marhaba Ramadan. We welcome you with smiles and opened arms...

So I bid you all farewell till September my dearest virtual companions.

Please forgive me if I upset you or annoyed you during the course of this year [especially Prof and his super-anthrax ;P]

If you would like me to make a special prayer for you [above the ones I will definitely be making] then please leave it in the comment box down below >>

Remember each year, someone who is here now, will not be here to witness it again next year. And we don't know if that someone...is you and I.
