Hello there booksie readers!
So, I guess I should use this space to write some stuff about me. Problem is, I don’t really know what should go here. I guess just the general stuff. I am 20 years old. I have been writing for a while but I didn’t really get serious about it until about two years ago. I have completed one book, which is not posted on this site (but may at some point in the future). I really hope you like my work!
Oh, and just thought I should mention a few things about my writing and this account. I try really hard to choose various topics for my work (I hate to wear out one subject). Also, I love challenges, so if you ever host any, you should hit me up! i would love to enter!
Also, if I recieve reading requests, I will try to read them. I am sorry if I don't always get to read them all, but I do promise when I do read them that I will ALWAYS leave a comment, either constructive or full of good helpful tips. I promise not to say things like "it's good" or "I like it". I will try to actually leave comments that say something useful.
A little perspective:
Better to write for yourself and have no public, than to write for the public and have no self.
Cyril Connolly
The reason one writes isn't the fact he wants to say something. He writes because he has something to say.
F. Scott Fitzgerald
Forget all the rules. Forget about being published. Write for yourself and celebrate writing.
Melinda Haynes
The work never matches the dream of perfection the artist has to start with.
William Faulkner
The pen is the tongue of the mind.
Miguel de Cervantes
THERE IS NO BETTER FEELING THAN TO BE WRITING A REALLY GREAT STORY.
THERE IS NO WORSE FEELING THAN STARING AT A SCREEN WITH WRITER'S BLOCK.
