An aspiring author of short stories, poetry, and children’s' literature.
My intention is to make use of this site to publish and ask for feedback on some of the random pieces that I write from time whilst discovering the best ways to take the next step.
Influences vary widely; I tend to read everything I pick up from the brilliant works of new authors such as Stephen Erikson and Iain Banks, to the long held admiration I have for all things Rudyard Kipling (and probably stopping off at the back of a Vosene Bottle along the way)
I’ve been told that I have a ‘certain’ style which makes me individual in what I do, I certainly like to play around with view points and I’m currently expressing myself through exploring a range of genres so apologies if you liked the tale of romance and then were shocked by the slash horror which appeared in the next article.
NB – There isn’t any romance... or slash horror for that matter (unless you count the romance)
