She breaks away
Still holding me
As if to support her
For she is incapable of standing on her own two feet
Unsteady from the confusion flooding her mind.
But i don't know what she thinks
I am not an invader in her mind
For that would be offensive
And i should act as a gentleman
Especially in this sea of wretchedness.
She looks so innocent
Yet she lives in this world
One that is so cruel
Even to i.
She pushes me back
And walks away
But not without giving me a sign
In the form of a letter
Stating that she wishes to see me
That very night, even!
In the school courtyard
The center of the school's world
Out under the starry night
For all and god to watch
And witness this love bloom
With the light of the moon to guide it
Through the dark
For i am blind in this world
And she is my sight.
So into the night i shall go
To begin a new
WIth hope and happiness to soon follow.
