Loneliness is in the air,

I can hear the ticking of it, slowly, drawn out, painful squealing.

it dances on my shoulders so fair,

and leaves me with a feeling.

Its like time will never pass,

things will never change,

the darkness won't be cast,

it all wont arrange.

A filter of grey is on the scene,

filling the cracks with no one,

I know its all a dream,

and yet I want to run.

But alas I will wake up,

realize I've been blinded

drink from a new cup

and start new minded.
