Poetry By: A Stranger

From the vault... an oldie

Smoke caresses a sun-drenched horizon

And I watch

As the sky bleeds

Brilliant as a ruby

The life of a world

A lazy traveller

Erring aimlessly

And as distance rolls away

A faint image can be seen

Gaseous beauty of a beginning

Experiencing the birth of a memory
