It’s all so distorted,
So dirty,
So blurry,
Where is reality?
God, my soul is contorted!
What happened to me?
What happened to my humanity-
That soul I once had,
The smile so grand,
The laugh was miraculous
But my head is disastrous,
Full of voices and whispers,
So boisterous, so sinister…
You were so beautiful
You heart so dutiful,
Eyes like stars
That watched me from mars,
Where are you now?
Oh, so close but I can’t see you.
Can you see me too?
I see you now black eyes
Watching me from hell,
Showing me the way like a ringing bell,
And I follow- I follow like a puppy to her man,
Wagging my tail, smiling still,
The smile on your face is no longer the moon,
But that of Mephistopheles
Beckoning me with sweet red treateries.
But you were my love,
My diamond disguised,
My hearts demise,
My minds bitter crime,
The flowers in my bed,
The chains on my bones,
The sweet strawberries to my tongue,
And the blood in my throat.
I say yes to your bended knee
To become,
The lady of man dissolving in smoke.
My dress is black, my veil red,
The smile of plastic dough on my lips,
Tension in my hips,
My eyes bled white tears in bed,
But I am yours, yours…
I’m afraid, I shall forever be.
