IS SPRING IN THE AIR?

I felt the sun grow ever stronger,

and the weather getting warmer.

Anticipation growing deeper,

and the air is smelling sweeter.

'Spring is just around the corner'

one would say.

And another would say:

'Yes, and do you know how I know?

I peeked around the corner and saw it coming!'

Ever so sweet the song in the air,

yet winter still lingers cool crisp everywhere.

But soon we'll be roaming without nary a care,

as everyone knows;

THERE'S SPRING IN THE AIR!
