One day, which I don't remember
you went through a lot of pain for me
You cried in agony
It's a pain you will never forget
On that same day you wiped my body clean
you looked deep into my eyes and said "HI"
That night you held me in your arms as you slept
You woke with each sound I made
With each day that passed you loved me
You kept me safe
You tought me everything I needed to know
You did whatever it took to keep me happy
And today I want to tell you
something that you should be told everyday
That you did a great job
And that I am so greatful
And I thank God that he gave me to you
I wouldn't be who I am without you... I love you mom.
