Your eyes... It feels like forever since I'v seen them
And starting to forget is a scary relief
The way you choose to stay connected in the smallest of ways always sets me back
Each time I feel you're gone
You somehow let me know that you're not and niether is your love
Which for some reason you can not accept
Though you claim to know nothing about love
You just as I are aware of its power
Though you pray to be set free
You just as I know its not going to go away
There will always be that thought, that wonder, that wish
There will always be that place in your heart just as mine that will always remain empty
Once you accept that love can be real, Happiness is all you have to gain...
Til then, I will always remember your eyes
