THAT DOOR YOU WAITED NOT FOR

You wrote to rise others up

Now you are writing to be made the best

Inspiration is gone

Sitting in the dark you wonder why you have to outdo the world around

Now you have become addicted to be pleased

It is not inspiration, now it is addiction

Last night you wrote but none read

You wake up in the middle on the night to take another pile

They are finished

Reads? None………it hurts

What do I do?

You are going cold

Out of heaven you are

Take the pen and paper

Nothing comes out even with your effort

It's not a test

Yet it ant feeling so right

You started it out of inspiration

Now you are dying of starvation

Was it the price to pay for such a beautiful gift?

You are the unknown writer who puts it on a page because he can't be published
