Did they have to give me a name?

They expected the one who will achieve what they couldn't

They were young and exited

Exalted she felt in his embrace

She was to birth kids to him

To nurture them so that he might train an army

In his old age he saw the craziness of his ways

He called them all

And said in a loud voice

I am nothing but a servant

Before he uttered the last sentence

Half had left

They had seen it in his eyes

His old age had given him a glimpse into the kingdom of god

He had already sacrificed the ram caught in the thicket

But they had not understood it

If it was to be yours

How can you not define where you born and where

This, no man dares to let him say

He tried to prevent a holocaust

He pointed the finger at the wrath of the gods

For claimed property of something that didn't belong to him

He came in many shapes

With the same message

Within different ages

Hoping they will see

The optic delusion

Some saw he was trying to teach

So they gave themselves to it

Hoping for nothing and no reward

Leaving pharaoh behind

They understood what life was all about

They come in a season to give fruits

And in the end to lay beside their fathers in the ground

Only the good they have left to be a light to the newcomers

This they did after having understood it all

It wasn't theirs and nothing was there to take

And in the mist they disappeared as they came when conceived in the womb of their mother
