Page 1, Wrote this a while ago when I was struggling with self harm. All of that is behind me now though:)

Close your eyes tightly

Let your mind drift away

to painful memories

of yesterday

Feeling the weight

in your chest drag you down

with unwanted thoughts

that you wish you could drown

Dark thoughts are heavy

They make your heart sink

but you'll soon be relieved of

these thoughts that you think

The horrible mess

tangled up in your mind

will before long be buried

with the way out you find

Close your eyes tighter

and breathe deeply in

Let the blade glide

across your skin

Exhale slowly

as chills run up your spine

Feel the calm relief

after all this time
