The Wild Glen

Oh no, I've never been,
Down to the wild glen,
Where the red, red roses grow.
And no, I've never seen,
The meadows, oh so green,
Where the wild wind blows.
And yes, I'd love to see,
Those places you showed me,
In that book we always read together.
I'd love to travel far,
To sit upon a star,
To float in space like a feather.
So I'll hitch a ride on a falling leaf,
I'll swim with the fish among the reef,
I'll travel to places I've never been,
I'll go with you to the wild glen.
