A Black Roller Coaster

Poetry By: An Excuse To Speak Of You
Poetry

A Metaphor for life, how for every up, there is always a down, where you are terrified of what is next, how you hate it, but love it all at once.

A Black Roller Coaster, Wanna Ride?

Aren't You Afraid You'll Fall Off And Die?

Once You're On, There's Nowhere To Hide...

This Black Roller Coaster Sucks Just Like Life...

As You Get On It Seems Fun...

But As The Wheeles Begin To Run...

You Already Feel That You Are Done...

You Want Off, You Want To Get Away...

Could This Be You're Last Stand...

Just Like The Start Of Each Day...

You'd Rather Drown In Sand...

Rather than Go On...

The Roller Coaster Goes Up...

But You Know It Always Goes Down...

When It Twists In A Good Direction...

I Always Turns Back Around...

A Metaphor For Life, In More Than One Way...

Just Like When You Hate Every Day...

You Know For Every Good, Theres Always Bad...

Everything Thats Good Will Soon Turn Bland...

Rage, Rage Against Everything, Isn't A Way To Live...

But On The Black Roller Coaster, Thats All I Ever Did...

Knowing The Roller Coaster Always Has An End...

An End That Does Nothing To Offend, Just Welcomes...

Welcomes You, Even Though I Don't Want It Yet...

I Fear, I Will Throw A Fit...

I Hate The Roller Coaster, I Hate It Even More...

I May Fall Off, Hit The Floor...

But When You Look At Like Life...

You'll Never Know If It'll Be Alright...

A Black Roller Coaster, Wanna Ride?

Aren't You Afraid You'll Fall Off And Die?

Once You're On, There's Nowhere To Hide...

This Black Roller Coaster Sucks Just Like Life...

FIN...
