Everyone is watching us, as we speak rueful words
We'll soon lament.
But don't worry darling, when you're gone
I will not dare consign you to oblivion;
Rather I will remember the golden days,
That were as bright as the luminescent sky,
When all we ever thought about,
Was each other:
A legacy of Memories it was.
This departure causes me so much agony,
Like I know it does for you too.
After all, our souls are connected, and
If separated, it will be as if we were separating
The sun from the sky.
Tomorrow we will no longer be in the other's
Presence,
You will be about a thousand miles yonder,
Still, I will make it seem as if you are here,
With me;
Because in fact you really are, in heart and soul.
Yet the thought that I won't see you in a long time,
Brings intolerable pain,
Though withdraw from that foreboding pain I will not do,
For it will only make me indomitable.
I know we will encounter difficulties--
Difficulties beyond what we're used to,
That may even try to tear us apart.
Regardless, I will be here awaiting your return.
And I will comfort myself in knowing,
There is nothing more pure and glowing than
The moment of farewell and meeting.
And though we will not meet for a very long time,
I can still hope,
So until then:
Farewell...
I am waiting...
