MY GREATEST TREASURE
To be frank, you are my greatest treasure;
Your worth none can count or measure.
You turn a blind eye towards money and fame;
Shunning even a million dollar from a rich dame.
To combat a life of misery at its peak;
Your company is all that one should seek.
You paint my life with brilliant hues;
Mitigating my woes with velvet moves.
To a perturbed mind which needs a lift;
Your love and care then is a gift.
You grapple me tight when I am feeble;
Directing me to sustain what is stable.
To value all precious gems, genuine and rare;
Your friendship is unique to match or compare.
You delight me with your lively presence;
Filling my life with a sweet essence.
