BROKEN PROMISES BROKEN HEART
At first we were so happy
there was nothing in our way
You held my heart so proudly
I never knew there'd come this day

The moments fade so slowly
as my heart breaks right in two
I thought you'd love me forever
as I'm forever loving you

Its been three days we parted
and I miss you holding me
Somethings caused our love to change
why cant my eyes not see
***
You left me with broken promises
you left a heart no one can mend
I realize now we're over
so why must I still pretend
