Life-Changing-Growing Old, Going Blind
My master's getting older
I think she's going blind,
she lose's things so easily
I'd say she's lost her mind.
~*~
She crys because she's changing
getting older is the pits,
her memory falls asleep at times
It really gives her fits.
~*~
Now Shadow is her poodle
he's a sneaky guy,
blaming me for all his accidents
all that dog can do is lie.
~*~
Today she took me for a ride
to where, I didn't know,
when we returned, the poodle laughed
how I hate that poodle so.
~*~
Well I'm not a poodle
I'm a cat you see,
my master took me for the dog
she took my dignity.
~*~
I know she's going through changes
but am I the one to blame,
Why should I be punished
can they not see the shame?
~*~
The poodle's rolling on the floor
giving me much sorrow,
laugh while you can, you stupid dog
I'm due to be neutured tomorrow.
