I like this one more then others, it rings true for alot of countries. The Americans (Me included) tend to get greedy, and take things from other cultures, we have taken so much that we dont really have a culture of our own anymore, it has become mixed up with all sorts of different cultures.
I am part Irish, but only about one-fourth, unfortunately I know nothing about the Irish culture because the american "Culture" has drown it here in America...
Love the 'rant' I enjoy reading your poems, I hope to read more soon!

I sang this all the way through, (in my mock Irish mind) and I bloody loved it. What's more it's true, so it is, and not just of Ireland.

Damm america is great except for the coppurtion, and my culture is not the same as in my parents country and now adays their kicking out the mexicans and I'm a chicana; times are tough for immagrants. Haha cool my lover is half mexican and irish and I like his irish accent, and I don't understand why is he ashamed of it? I encourage him to not be ashamed of it, I love different languages and cultures I find them beautiful the majority of them.
