A Cliche Is The World, Part 2
The world is a cliche
/It/ lives and learns /to/ live and let live
/Yet/ must I live my days in these concrete ways /where/ those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones
/And/ people, you can't live with 'em and can't shoot 'em /but/ a cat has nine lives
Living to a ripe old age /while/ living fat off the land
Living to love /but/ life's a bitch and then you die /so/
Live in the present not in the past /for/ you only live once; but if you do it right, once is enough /when/
The world is a cliche
==================
/You/ the life and the soul of a party, today is the first day of the rest of your life
At the prime of life, /it's / a charmed life, no?
The world is a cliche
Larger than life /when/ life is what you make it
/But/ Get up! You're sleeping your life away! Fight for your life /because/
The world is a cliche
/Where/ wives object to life insurance but widows never do /and/ a golden oppertunity like that only comes once in a lifetime
/And/ you give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day; teach him how to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime /but/ the best things in life are free
