You've Become A Boomerang

Poetry By: Arian

I don't know. I got bored during Seminar.

A shock, truly, but I don't waste,
My time thinking of it.
A shield, as tall as Mount Everest,
Still hangs between me and you.
For in one milisecond, you could strike,
And say it was all an act.

The air is less tense after everything was said.
My mind refuses to believe you,
But the person I am tells me to let it go...

I did, but I let the wind drag you away too,
It was better that way,
Because I was sick of the thought of You.
But you fell into the sea,
And the current forced you back to shore...

Were you to be a boomerang?
I'd crack it in half, if it were so.
I mean the words I speak.
I still want you gone,
I still get sick at the thought of you...

Until this path is still in front of me,
I'm forced to see you.
But once I get to the end,
You'll never hear or see me again.
It's not a one way street,
No doubt you feel the same.

Some days I wonder if you can decode my words,
But again.
I never think about it for long.
