When one is down
Another takes it's place.
We band together in the time of need
Though it may not seem
We have each other's back
At the first sound of a gun shot
We all draw our guns
Pointing at our threat who started first.
We band together in the time of need
When mother nature threatens us
With fire
Floods
Hurricanes
And tornados
We band together
And take care of one another
We are known as a country of our own
A lone star state
We believe we can handle ourselves
Just with each other
With no help of the government
Our mind, smart and witted
Our hands and feet, swift
Our hearts, pure but deadly
Who are we?
We're Texans
We band together one and all.
