Of tears, and of loss,
A pain that will now be gone!
Crossing the fingers,
for blessings and for good luck
A faith that nothing's lost!
Admiring the skies,
For freedom and for peace,
A longing that someday I'll be free!
Embracing the new dawn,
for hopes and for desires
A yearning that tomorrow will bring good!
