Page 1, I wrote this a few years ago.. but it has always stuck with me.

I wonder why I sit here and wait

My mind only seems to contemplate

The things that will only cause it harm

I am in need of a lucky charm.

I would like for me to be able to confess

And get all these troubles off of my chest

I could run away and leave all behind

If only I could just rewind

And sort my head right from the start

And maybe then, that would change your heart.

Of course you know that this is for you

Because of everything we’ve been through

You are the only one for me

That I can always guarantee

Yes, you are the only one for me.
