Kindness takes less work than heart.

A selfless act that comes from within.

Give of ones self freely,

Out of love for all we meet.

Don't pass a person in need,

Ask if you can help.

Expect nothing in return,

Your reward is in their eyes.

Don't keep talking when you should listen.

Others need to be heard.

Reach out to people,

You may not get an invite.

When the short person at the store,

Stretches for the top shelf.

Hi, can I get that for you?

Always brings a smile.

Let me give you a hand!

How are you today?

Excuse me, could you use some help?

I really like your dog, what is his name?

A nice smile speaks many kind words.

A friendly nod of recognition.

Holding a door, so easy to do.

A wave is friendly too.

When someone says they're sorry.

Be kind and forgive.

When people make you angry,

Let it go and grin.

Making things nice at home.

For parents, mates and family.

Surely won't go unnoticed.

Little things mean a lot to people.

When someone is kind to you,

Let it be a lesson.

Go out and spread the joy,

For love and satisfaction.
