With quiet resolution and bravery;
refusing some master of slavery.
Living life with grace she carries gifts untold;
to all who within her circle love unfold.

A force so strong in her resolution fight;
in beauty and with words, a Patch of light.
This lady with constitution brave and bold;
has more value than a treasure chest of gold.

Inspiring those she comes to know in life;
letting humor and the pen relinquish strife.
Blessed are we who came to know her by chance;
too humble to know she does ourlife enhance.
